Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Our Commitment
Prometheus has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") of any kind. This includes, without limitation, any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor — such as grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") or conduct directed at a child.
This policy applies to all users of Prometheus, its website, and its application (collectively, the "Service"), regardless of a user's intended audience or the platform's accredited-investor, invite-only access model. CSAE is strictly prohibited on Prometheus under all circumstances.
Prohibited Conduct
Users of the Service may not:
Upload, share, transmit, or solicit CSAM in any form, including photos, videos, computer-generated imagery, or written content;
Engage in grooming, sextortion, or any form of sexual coercion directed at a minor;
Facilitate, advertise, or arrange the trafficking of a minor for any purpose;
Use the Service to contact, recruit, or otherwise endanger a minor; or
Encourage, glorify, or provide instructions related to any of the above.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access to the Service and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by applicable law.
Reporting Concerns
If you become aware of content or behavior on Prometheus that may violate this policy, please report it immediately at [email protected].
We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action consistent with this policy and applicable law, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to NCMEC or law enforcement.
Legal Compliance
Prometheus complies with all applicable child safety laws, including obligations to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline and to cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving CSAE.
