Prometheus Financial, LLC (the “finder”), a registered broker dealer and member FINRA/SIPC, has been engaged as a referral agent by various investment managers, in which these investment managers are or are affiliated with a Registered Investment Advisor, for privately placed investment vehicles.
In providing such services under an engagement agreement, Prometheus Financial, LLC may receive cash compensation in the form of a commission. No such fees and expenses will increase the cost to an investor in the fund.
